McMurphy Hi there, I’m R.P. McMurphy, the other half of your Good Morning Mixx. So where does my story begin? Just down the road in Centralia, where they tell me I was born. From there it’s the usual kid stuff, puberty, marriage, bills, children, obligations … yep, I’ve got em too! Most of my time is spent with my wife of over 30 years and my lovely daughter who has taught me the meaning of patience. After playing live music in and around the Northwest for ten years, I now just write songs for recreation (or, at least, until the need to perform overtakes me again.) I also fish (pretty badly), enjoy working in my yard (though I’ve killed off most of the green stuff), and have just enough knowledge of computers to realize that there is always something that I absolutely must buy! My friends call me a compulsive shopper and, well, watch out if you see me in Costco; chances are I’m on a mission. I enjoy a good bargain and am extremely fond of overpriced electronics.
